When you use the contact or candidate forms, we receive what you choose to provide:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• your company, the role you are hiring for, or your current title;
• your message; and
• if you are a candidate, the résumé you attach.

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email. We use them to respond to you, to discuss search assignments, and — for candidates — to consider you for current and future searches.

How we share it

We do not sell your information. A candidate’s details are shared with a client only in connection with a specific search. We also rely on service providers to host this website and deliver email; they process information only to provide those services.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to operate and secure the site.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and résumés for as long as they are useful for our search work, or until you ask us to delete them.
