Biography

Diane Beir joined Fischer Group International in 2002. She was Chief Operating Officer for five years before becoming President in February 2018.

Diane focuses on senior-level placements across a variety of industries. She has completed assignments for portfolio companies of private-equity firms and for manufacturers and distributors in aerospace, wire & cable, medical devices, metals, chemicals, electronics, packaging, engineered products, tires and capital goods. She has also been retained to recruit in healthcare, food franchising, logistics, consumer goods and for professional organizations.

She recruits for every senior function — C-suite, General Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, IT, R&D and Engineering — for global clients ranging from $40 million to more than $50 billion in revenue.

Before joining the firm, Diane spent eight years with Bank of America (formerly Connecticut National Bank). After entering the bank’s credit training program she became a Credit Analyst in Commercial Banking, served on a loan review team overseeing the quality of the commercial loan portfolio, and advanced to Private Banking, where she earned her Certified Financial Planner designation. As a loan officer she managed and grew a portfolio of 150 high-net-worth clients with more than $50 million in personal loans, and advised clients on trust and investment services.
