Biography
With more than twenty years’ experience in engineering, technology, manufacturing, distribution, biotechnology and construction, Jim brings depth of knowledge to clients expanding their business or strengthening their senior management team.
Jim has provided key management to internal and external customers across the United States and internationally, and has conducted searches in Canada, China, Singapore, India, England, France, Germany, Brazil, Mexico and Thailand. The key to his success in search has been constant communication between client and candidate.
Before joining the firm, Jim built a career in human resources and executive search with Barnes Group Inc. and Motorola. He has been a guest speaker at international human resources conferences and is active in local community events.
